Lonset vs luroy

They have Luroy and Lonset. The Lonset has a bunch of rubber on it, but it doesnt look like it does much. The Luroy ones looks drastically curved. I currently own a ikea bed with flat slats and foam mattress. The bed in question that I will be buying will likely be a King Nesttun with a foam mattress. Can I just use 2 of these:
